Sam Gore begins his fall season as play-by-play announcer of Women’s College Volleyball across ESPN’s networks.

Ruben Brown, retired NFL All-Pro, joins the Bleav Podcast Network (pronounced Believe) to co-host their Buffalo Bills NFL podcast, “Bleav in Bills.”

Chris Doering returns to SEC Network’s coverage of SEC college football. In addition to studio work for the SEC Now and SEC Football Final shows, he will work opening weekend in the booth as a game analyst for South Carolina’s debut vs Georgia State.  Doing will continue his work on SiriusXM’s SEC Radio, including the TV simulcast of SEC This Morning on Mondays and Fridays.

Alexandra Stevenson again joined ESPN’s talent roster for its coverage of the tennis US Open, serving as a booth commentator, studio analyst, and court-side reporter. She also appeared on First Take, This Just In, Jalen & Jacoby and ESPN Digital’s “Courtside Live” shows.

Sam Gore returns to the US Open for ESPN, where he will host DirecTV’s studio coverage, call play-by-play for ESPN and appear on its studio coverage.

Jenn Hildreth to serve as a play-by-play announcer for ESPN’s international soccer coverage of the Women’s Euros 2022 in July and the Women’s International Champions Cup in August.

Sam Gore wraps up his US Open Tennis studio hosting duties for ESPN and DirecTV but quickly jumps right into the college volleyball season as play by play announcer.

Alexandra Stevenson, 1999 Wimbledon semi-finalist and former top 20 women’s tennis pro, joins the ESPN coverage of the 2021 US Open and will be in the studio and booth for the action in both the Qualifiers and Main Draw.

Melanie Newman, Orioles radio play by play announcer and MASN studio host, returned to call the MLB You Tube Game of the Week again on 7/20/21, which featured the first all-female broadcast team on a national MLB platform.  This historic telecast received substantial media attention, including television interviews on such outlets as the Today Show, NBC Nightly News, ESPN’s SportsCenter and MLB Network’s “MLB Central.” Print coverage included the NY Times, ESPN.com, Yahoo Sports, and many more. 

Chris Doering heads to SEC Media Days in Hoover, AL and will host “SEC This Morning” on SEC Network (TV) and SiriusXM (Radio) with interviews and talk about the upcoming SEC football season.

Alexandra Stevenson, 1999 Wimbledon semi-finalist and ESPN tennis analyst who just returned from covering the “Fortnight,” joins Evolution as a new client.

Jenn Hildreth joins NBC Sports for their coverage of the Summer Olympic Games in Tokyo. Jenn will call women’s and men’s soccer. 

Melanie Newman, Orioles radio play by play announcer and MASN studio host, was hired to call play by play on the MLB You Tube Game of the Week — Oakland vs Texas on 6/22/21. She becomes the first female announcer since Susan Waldman in 1995 to call an MLB game for one of its national partners.

Sam Gore heads to London to cover Wimbledon for ESPN and will serve as primary studio host for DirecTV’s coverage.

Melanie Newman returns to the Baltimore Orioles broadcast roster in 2021, calling radio play by play, and hosting pre/post-game shows. Newman also appeared on MLB Network’s MLB Now just before Opening Day.

Drew Goldfarb joins MASN-TV to host gambling segments on their pre-game shows for both the Baltimore Orioles and Washington Nationals, adding to his other baseball work on Pirates and Rockies pre-game shows (see below).

Jenny Hazelwood, former Mississippi State women’s volleyball coach and player,  returns to ESPN as a TV analyst for the 2020 women’s college volleyball season. 

Melanie Newman’s 2020 regular season MLB debut in the Orioles broadcast booth cemented her place in history as the first female booth announcer in team history and one of only four women overall in MLB [One of the others, Jenny Cavnar (Colorado Rockies), is also an Evolution client.]

Scott Kaplan joins ESPN-710 in Los Angeles to host weeknights, 7p-10p, and returns to the San Diego airwaves with the re-launch of the Mightier 1090AM, which will now air his San Diego based show in afternoon drive, 3p-7p.  Kaplan will now be heard regularly in these two major southern California markets.

Anna Logan, a sports anchor/reporter most recently with KGWN in Cheyenne, WY, has joined WPEC-TV in West Palm Beach, FL in the same capacity. She makes a giant leap in market size, moving up from #197 to 37.

Chris Doering returns to ESPN with a new multi-year deal, serving as a college football studio analyst on the SEC Network. Chris will be front and center on Friday nights and Saturday for all the college football action before, during and after the games. Chris also begins his first college football season with SiriusXM as host for SEC Radio and ESPNU Radio.
