Azia Celestino has been hired by Cheddar TV as an anchor and correspondent in New York City.

Ashley Stroehlein joins WCNC-TV in Charlotte as a sports anchor/reporter, following a five-year run at Charlotte’s WBTV. Ashley will also serve as a sideline reporter for NFL Network’s coverage of CUSA college football this fall.

Arda Ocal joins ESPN as a full-time anchor, host, and reporter.  

Alex Perez has entered into a new agreement as a correspondent for ABC News.

Anita Marks, ESPN New York radio (98.7 FM) host and regular contributor (and fill-in host) for ESPN’s Daily Wager television show, is now hosting a new sports gambling radio show, Weekend Wager, to air Friday nights from 10p-12a as a lead-in to the weekend’s sports action. 

Rachel Richlinski joins the Colorado Avalanche as the team’s full-time in-arena reporter and host, and she will also contribute to the Altitude Network on a freelance basis.  Rachel previously worked for WLBT-TV in Jackson, Mississippi as the weekend sports anchor and reporter.

Chris Doering, ESPN/SEC Network college football analyst and SiriusXM SEC/ESPNU Radio personality, returns to SECN for the 2019 college football season, and adds weekly Monday morning appearances on “SEC This Morning,” the TV simulcast of SiriusXM’s SEC Radio morning drive show (7a-10aET).

Alex Giaimo joins NBA 2K as a sideline reporter and host. In addition, Alex has been hired the New York Mets as an in-game host and reporter.

Jenny Hazelwood, former Mississippi State player and head volleyball coach, returns to ESPN and SEC Network as a women’s college volleyball analyst.

Katie Engleson, reporter and host for FOX Sports Southwest, adds duties as the sideline reporter for the WNBA’s Dallas Wings.

Casey Stern renews with Turner Sports, where he will continue as a studio host for NBA TV, MLB Postseason on TBS and March Madness. 

Evan Drellich moves to New York City and joins The Athletic as a staff writer covering the business of baseball and the New York media.

Jenn Hildreth expands her role at ESPN by joining ESPN’s new ACC Network, where she will call play by play for various sports, including college soccer, basketball and softball. 

Samantha Gannon moves up 40 markets and becomes a weekday sports host, reporter and producer for KDFW-TV, FOX4 in Dallas.

Andy Pollin, long-time DC sports radio personality, joins WMAL, the new ESPN Radio station in Washington, DC.

Jenn Hildreth rejoins the broadcast booth as play by play announcer for the women's professional soccer league, NWSL, which will move from Lifetime to ESPN in 2019.

Sebastian Salazar, ESPN reporter, host, and play-by-play announcer, was hired by Intersport Television to be the play-by-play announcer for the 2019 Allstate All-America Cup airing on ESPNU. 

Anita Marks, an ESPN NFL/Fantasy Football/Gambling analyst and sports radio host at ESPN-New York 98.7, will serve as a game analyst on MSG Network for the NY Streets indoor arena football league.

Briana Aldridge has been hired as a sports anchor/reporter at KATC-TV in Lafayette, Louisiana.

Jenn Hildreth returns to FOX Sports for the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup as a play by play announcer, a role she also held in 2015.    

Ashley Stroehlein of WBTV in Charlotte has been honored for a second consecutive year with the 2019 GRACIE Award by the Alliance of Women in Media for local sports news feature.   

Anita Marks, ESPN NFL and Fantasy Football analyst, joins the new sports gambling show, Daily Wager, where she will contribute to NFL and Golf coverage.

Jim Nagy, Executive Director of the Reese’s Senior Bowl, joins ESPN as an NFL Draft analyst.

Jenn Hildreth joins ESPN to call women’s softball in the spring of 2019.

Steve Lappas, CBS Sports college basketball analyst and former head coach of Villanova etc, returns to call the 2019 NCAA Basketball Tournament for CBS and Turner Sports.

Anna Logan, a sports anchor/reporter most recently with KGWN in Cheyenne, WY, has joined WPEC-TV in West Palm Beach, FL in the same capacity. She makes a giant leap in market size, moving up from #197 to 37.

Nora Ali joins Cheddar TV as one of the network’s lead weekday anchors. Nora was previously a Senior Project Manager for Jet.com

Michelle Margaux has been hired by AT&T SportsNet Southwest in Houston as a sideline reporter and studio host.  Michelle is the sideline reporter for all Houston Rockets telecasts, and she will serve as a host and sideline reporter for Houston Astros games.  Michelle comes to Houston from Tampa Bay, where she was most recently the sideline The Tampa Bay Rays reporter for Fox Sports Florida.

Kimberly Davis joins KYW-TV in Philadelphia as a full-time reporter. Kimberly was previously a reporter for WTVF-TV in Nashville.

Chris Doering returns to ESPN with a new multi-year deal, serving as a college football studio analyst on the SEC Network. Chris will be front and center on Friday nights and Saturday for all the college football action before, during and after the games. Chris also begins his first college football season with SiriusXM as host for SEC Radio and ESPNU Radio.

Sebastian Salazar enters into a new full-time agreement and expands his duties with ESPN.

Ashley Stroehlein, sports anchor/reporter from WBTV in Charlotte has made live appearances on CBS Sports Network’s TOPS NFL pre-game show, reporting on the Carolina Panthers match-ups.

Desiree Wiley moves to Nashville to become the new weekend morning anchor at WSMV-TV.  Desiree was an anchor for NBC Boston and she is now reunited with her husband, David Fluellen, running back for the Tennessee Titans.

Erica Weston joins Fox Sports Midwest as a host, sideline reporter, and rinkside reporter for the St. Louis Cardinals, St. Louis Blues, Indiana Pacers and Kansas City Royals.  Erica was previously the weekend sports anchor/reporter for KGUN-TV in Tucson.

Jenn Hildreth re-upped with ESPN for it’s college soccer coverage. Jenn will continue her role as play by play announcer on SEC Network and ESPNU, plus she’ll call the action for the women’s college soccer national championship— the College Cup.

Andrew Dymburt joins WSVN-TV in Miami as a general assignment reporter. Andrew, a Miami native, previously worked as a reporter for KOIN-TV in Portland, OR.

Katie Engleson joins Fox Sports Southwest as a sports reporter and host.  Katie was previously the weekend sports anchor/reporter for KXXV-TV in Waco, Texas.

Mark Carpenter has been promoted to Sports Director/Main Sports Anchor for KRON-TV in San Francisco.  

Mary Mays is the new weekend meteorologist for WKRN-TV in Nashville.  Most recently, Mary was working as a freelance meteorologist in Savannah, Georgia.

Jenny Hazelwood renews her contract with ESPN and will again serve as a women’s college volleyball analyst for SEC Network and ESPNU. Jenny is the former head volleyball coach at Mississippi State.

Jenny Cavnar, host and reporter for AT&T SportsNet in Denver, becomes the first woman to call play-by-play of a Major League Baseball game in 25 years. Congratulations, Jenny!

Taylor Neville has been hired as a weekday anchor and reporter for Spectrum News in San Antonio/Austin.

Michelle Margaux joins Fox Sports Florida as a reporter and host. Michelle will serve as the primary reporter for Tampa Bay Rays game coverage.

Branden Wellington recently wrapped up the 2017/18 basketball season as a host and sideline reporter for the NBA TV’s G League.  Branden continues his duties as an in-game host for the New York Mets during all home games.

Amber Diaz joins WFOR-TV in Miami as a general assignment reporter.  Amber was previously a news and sports reporter for KPTV in Portland, OR.

Brianna Mellon joins WOWT-TV as the station’s new weekend sports anchor/reporter.

Rebecca Fernandez moves to New York and becomes the new morning news reporter for FIOS1 News on Long Island. Rebecca was a reporter and weekend anchor for WOAY-TV in West Virginia.

Chelsea Irizarry has been hired as a general assignment reporter for FIOS1 News on Long Island.  Chelsea was a reporter and anchor for KNOP-TV in North Platte, Nebraska.

Alyse Barker joins NY1 as a full-time traffic anchor and feature reporter for the station.  Alyse continues her duties as an in-game host for the New York Islanders.

Scott McLean is promoted to Denver bureau correspondent for CNN. Scott was previously a reporter for CNN NewsSource based in Washington, DC. 

Kaitlin Monte has been promoted to Monday thru Friday primary anchor for KRIV-TV, one year after joining the station as a reporter and fill-in anchor.

Jamie Sinclair joins NBC Sports as a curling analyst for the 2018 Winter Olympic Games.
